The Role<\/b><\/h3>\n

As a Graduate Data & Insights Associate, you\u2019ll work as part of a cross-functional analytics team, supporting the development of dashboards, financial models, and predictive algorithms. You will transform raw financial data into actionable insights, helping senior stakeholders make data-led decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll also play a key role in identifying process automation opportunities, optimising existing reporting pipelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and data integrity standards.<\/span><\/p>\n

This role offers the perfect balance between technical depth and business impact, giving you a clear path toward Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Financial Data Engineer positions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/h3>\n

  • Extract, clean, and analyse financial and operational datasets from multiple systems and APIs<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop predictive and statistical models using Python or R (e.g., regression, classification, time-series forecasting)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Automate data workflows and reporting processes through SQL, Python scripts, or ETL tools<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with finance and risk teams to deliver insights that improve forecasting accuracy and portfolio performance<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work with internal stakeholders to define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting standards<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Present analysis findings and recommendations to non-technical teams and clients<\/span><\/li>\n

    Candidate Profile<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Essential Requirements:<\/b><\/h3>\n

    • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn preferred)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of data visualisation principles and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret financial and business metrics<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Understanding of data governance and compliance within regulated industries<\/span><\/li>\n
